Program Description

Event Details

A gentle yoga class practicing asanas, mindful breathing techniques, and deep relaxation. The benefits include developing strength, stability, balance, and flexibility within our mind and body. 

 

All are welcome, whether new or experienced in the science of yoga. 

 

Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle as well as a towel to support your head.
