The Small Study Room is a quiet study or workspace, with a small round table and room for 4 people. 

The Large Study is great for quiet group study, workspace, or small group meeting space.

This room is great for quiet group study, workspace, or small group meeting space.

The Meeting room is the largest room available for reservation. It is also our primary library programming room. Since most of the library programs take place in this room, on rare occasions, meetings may be cancelled to accommodate for library and city programming. Reservations may be made up to six months in advance for groups meeting once a month, 

The Poquoson Public Library is a designated Passport Acceptance Facility. We process passport applications by appointment only, we do not process renewals.

The library offers a sublimation printer and heat press machine for creating a variety of sublimation projects. The dye sublimation printer uses sublimation inks and paper. The inks bond to the substrate when heated. Print logos, pictures, text and more. Use the printer and heat press to decorate polyester apparel, and poly coated materials. 

Patrons must bring their own sublimation blanks and complete a staff-led training before using the equipment independently. To schedule the training, please call the library at 757-868-3060.

The Digital Memory Lab is a technology station in Poquoson Public Library’s computer lab that provides a self-service way to transfer pictures, 35mm negatives and slides, as well as video on VHS tapes, recordable DVDs, etc. to newer digital formats.

Patrons must bring their own USB flash drive, SD card, or connect a personal devise using a HDMI cable and complete a staff-led training before using the equipment independently. To schedule the training, please call the library 757-868-3060.

The library provides basic notary services free of charge by appointment at the Poquoson Public Library.

The library provides basic technology assistance with your Libby account, laptop, or other devices by appointment, Monday afternoons from 1:30-3:30 and Tuesday afternoons from 2:00 to 4:00pm.
